Ever wonder if you could make some extra money online? I have…and I do! It’s not “quit your day job” money but it does help make life a bit more comfortable. And who knows? Maybe one of the following could turn into “quit your day job” income!
- Sell Stuff Online – Whether it’s products you create or things you just want to sell, there are many options online. Craigslist and Ebay are great for selling unwanted items. Sites like Zazzle, Etsy, and CafePress focus on original artwork or products you create. My stores on Zazzle (Rustic Harbor) and CafePress (Rustic Harbor) do quite well and are easy to maintain. I create products using my artwork and photography. If you have a talent for creating original designs, give it a shot! It doesn’t cost anything to open a store on Zazzle and CafePress. Etsy, however, does charge listing fees.
- Amazon Mechanical Turk – Get paid for doing office type tasks online. I am actually surprised at what I’ve made so far on this site. Examples of tasks include taking surveys, transcribing audio on YouTube, and giving reviews of companies/products.
- Take Surveys Online – There are legitimate companies that will pay you to take surveys online. Two of the companies I use are MySurvey.com and ValuedOpinions.com. Both are free to sign up and they send you surveys based on your lifestyle, interests, etc.
